REFERRAL PARTNERS
Are you a Referral Partner to a large ERC advisor and suspect your clients received less than their eligible refund or have clients who continue to wait on ERC payments for at least one quarter? We can help you. Many large ERC advisors overlooked IRS errors, failed to reply to IRS information requests, and left multiple quarters unpaid.
We’ll check which of your clients’ quarters have received full ERC payments and which are pending and require follow-up.
THE EMPLOYEE RETENTION CREDIT
What is the ERC?
Established by the CARES Act, the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a payroll tax refund from the United States Treasury Department applicable to businesses that kept employees on payroll during the pandemic.

The program is based on qualified wages and healthcare paid to employees. Eligible businesses can receive a refund of up to $5,000 per employee for all of 2020 and up to $7,000 per employee kept on the payroll for each quarter for Q1 through Q3 of 2021.
